No, and it is not meant to. Tottsee is the daily-care layer your team uses on the floor: feeds, naps, diapers, medication and signed day notes. Planning, contracts, invoicing and childcare-allowance reporting stay in the system you already have. There is no migration and no procurement project — you can run Tottsee next to it from day one.
One group can be running the same afternoon. We add your children and staff during a 30-minute walkthrough, and the group logs in Tottsee alongside its current day sheets. The first month is free and no card is required, so a location manager can decide without going through procurement.
All data is stored encrypted on European servers. Tottsee contains no ads and no third-party trackers, and child data is never sold or shared. Every entry and day note carries the name of the employee who made it and an automatic timestamp, so your records stay auditable.
Never. Parents are invited by email to a read-only live view of their own child only. They cannot edit entries and they cannot see any other child, group or staff information.
Each location is its own plan: €79.99 per month or €719.90 per year, for up to 50 children. A second location is simply a second subscription, added to your invoice when you create it.
