1. Using Tottsee

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Tottsee is offered free of charge. We may introduce optional paid extras in the future; the everyday tracking features described on our pricing page stay free.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.

3. Not medical advice

Tottsee is a logging tool. Feeding estimates, temperature labels and growth charts are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always contact a doctor, midwife or other qualified professional with questions about your child's health. Never delay seeking medical help because of something you read in the app.

4. Your content

The entries you create remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and sync them so the app works for you.

You are responsible for making sure the information you enter is accurate.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep Tottsee running, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

We may change, pause or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tottsee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on data recorded in the app.

8. Subscriptions (Tottsee Unlimited)

In the iOS app, Tottsee Unlimited is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings.

9. Tottsee for daycare (business subscriptions)

Tottsee for daycare is a paid business service for childcare organisations. Each location (group site) requires its own subscription at € 79.99 per month incl. btw, or € 719.90 per year incl. btw (save € 240 versus monthly).

Subscriptions are billed per location through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Adding a location starts a new subscription for that location and is charged immediately; each location receives its own invoices, available for download in the console.

You may cancel a location at any time. Access to that location remains available until the end of the paid period, after which the console becomes read-only — your data is kept and stays exportable.

The daycare organisation is the controller of the child and staff data it enters; Tottsee acts as processor and processes that data only to deliver the service, as described in our privacy policy.

The organisation is responsible for having a lawful basis to record child data, for informing parents, and for managing who on its team has access. Accounts and invitations may not be shared outside the organisation.

Prices are shown including btw. We may adjust prices with at least 30 days' notice before the start of a new billing period.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use Tottsee after a change means you accept the new terms.
