Privacy policy
Last updated 2026. Tottsee is built by parents — we keep the data we need to run the app, and nothing more.
What we collect
Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us.
Baby data you enter yourself: names, feeding times and volumes, diaper entries, temperature, weight, vitamins and medication.
Technical data needed to run the service, such as error logs and basic security records like failed sign-in attempts.
Why we collect it
We use your data only to provide Tottsee: to show your dashboard, calculate feeding intervals and summaries, and sync your entries across your devices.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or marketing, and we never sell it.
Who can see your data
Only you. Your entries are stored under your account and protected with row-level security so no other account can read them.
A small number of authorised operators may access systems for maintenance or to resolve a support request you raise.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our hosting provider, and is stored on servers in the European Union.
Sessions are protected with secure, HTTP-only cookies and tokens are validated on the server for every request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correct it, export it, or delete it entirely.
You can delete individual entries or your whole account at any time from the app. Deleting your account removes your baby data from our systems.
Cookies
Tottsee uses only functional cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your language and theme. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Children's data
Tottsee is used by parents and caregivers. Information about a child is entered by the adult who owns the account and is treated as that adult's personal data.
